seamless processnice gesture

i enjoyed the seamless check-in process at the front desk. the staff was attentive and quickly addressed all my questions. i especially loved the fruit basket provided as an apology for a service lapse.. that was a very nice gesture. the comfortable bed ensured i had restful nights .

the room was very spacious and included a separate bathroom for enhanced convenience. complimentary water was provided daily, ensuring hydration was never an issue. the beautiful sea view was a great feature and i could see the open ocean.

the hotel is situated on a busy street, with easy access to main roads. it's conveniently close to downtown attractions and is near a metro station. getting around was easy and convenient.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. khodarahm, the doorman, was particularly cute.. zineb provided excellent service at check-in. the team on the 41st floor were great too.

the pool charges were somewhat expensive.
